Description

Our beef stew is cooked three ways, it is boiled until very tender then lightly fried before going in our red peppers and tomato based stew. This is great served with any of our rice dishes and fried plantain. We cook all our meats until very tender. This dish is delivered in BPA-free food bowls ready to go directly in the fridge or freezer, or simply heat and eat!
