Yes. A minimum order amount of £30 applies.

You can make payment securely during checkout via Stripe – All major Debit/Credit Cards accepted.

Yes you can place an order over the phone by calling us on 07533257189. You will still be required to pay for the order online. We will email you an invoice with links to pay for the order by card or via PayPal.

We require a minimum 24hrs notice on all deliveries with the delivery calendar upon checkout setting the next available day. 

Where possible please provide us with notice of 48hrs. 

Orders can be placed at any time in advance for delivery Monday to Saturday.

Please note, we do not deliver on public holidays, Sundays or the next working day after a public holiday.

Click & Collect

There is no collection charge but there is a minimum order amount of £30 to use the site.

You can select your preferred pick up date during checkout. Your order will be available to pick up between 10am and 2pm on your selected pick up date. 

Please email us your pick up time so we can have your order packed and ready for you upon collection.

Just your order number and the card you used to pay for your order. If you paid via Stripe, you will need a recognised form of ID like a driver’s license.

Yes, but they’ll need your card or proof of your ID to collect the order. If we have not answered any of your questions, please contact us for more information.


All deliveries are subject to a flat rate £7.99 delivery charge.

Our delivery covers Aberdeen City and a selection of Aberdeenshire Post Code.   

To check if we deliver in your area, proceed to the checkout and enter your post code where you will be provided with options. 

For all requirements outwith the area post codes cover, please contact us and we will endeavour to provide alternative delivery options,

Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that will keep the food cool during transit and after delivery, but it is best for you to be home to receive the delivery. This is because we advise removing the food from the box and putting it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery. If you are not going to be in when your order arrives, you can let us know if you’d like the courier to leave the order in a safe place at your address.
If you are not home when the order arrives, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, drop off your order with a neighbour and leave you a card, or return the order to their depot for collection. Please note that we will deem your order fulfilled in any of these scenarios.

Your order will arrive in our special insulated delivery boxes which keeps your food cool during transit.


Yes. We freshly prepare our meals by hand.
No we don’t. We cook fresh, and once cooked the food is cooled down quickly in minutes to lock in the freshness with no need for added preservatives. The food is then delivered to you chilled in insulated boxes that keeps the food at fridge temperatures during transit, ensuring it gets to you in perfect condition ready to go in your fridge, freezer or microwave.
