Efo riro (pronounced ‘eh-four-ree-row’) is a Nigerian word for stir fried vegetables. Our efo riro is spinach stir fried in peppers, spices and palm oil. It also comes with a medley of beef, smoked turkey, stockfish, dried fish, cow foot and tripe. Efo riro can be enjoyed with any rice dish, yam porridge or pounded yam. Our meals are delivered in BPA-free food pouches ready to go directly in the fridge or freezer, or simply heat and eat!
