Moin Moin (pronounced as spelt) is steamed black eyed beans. The beans is pureed with peppers and then steamed in moin moin leaves (a Nigerian alternative to banana leaves) with boiled egg. This is not a vegetarian dish as ground crayfish is used as a seasoning. Moin Moin is great eaten on its own or as a side dish to any of our rice dishes. It is delivered in BPA-free food pouches ready to go directly in the fridge or freezer, or simply heat and eat!
